The People Behind the Project

Who We Are

We're student-athletes who believe that mental health is just as important as physical performance. This is who we are!

Sophia — Co-Founder, karate athlete with AAU gold medal
Co-Founder & Karate / Tennis Athlete

Sophia

Hi, I'm Sophia, and I'm doing this because I care deeply about athlete mental health and the pressure athletes often face that isn't always visible. I want to help bring more awareness to what goes on beyond performance, and contribute to a space where athletes feel supported, understood, and able to speak openly about their experiences.

Caity — Co-Founder, water polo player at Campo
Co-Founder & Water Polo Athlete

Caity

Hi, I'm Caity. I'm a student-athlete and water polo player who's passionate about supporting other athletes both in and out of the pool. Being part of a team has shown me how important it is to balance mental health, physical wellness, and academics — and I want to help others find that balance too. Through this, I hope to advocate for better resources, stronger connections, and a healthier mindset for all student-athletes.

Oliver Winter — Co-Founder, swimmer holding championship belt
Co-Founder & Swimmer

Oliver

My name is Oliver Winter. I've been swimming for 10 years, and I'm doing this because one of my teammates passed away and I want people to be aware that they can talk to others if they need help.

My name is Vasy Pridatko and I run cross country and track at Campolindo. I am working with TWAP as I understand the never-ending challenges of being a student-athlete.

Annabelle Sullivan — Co-Founder, dancer and student-athlete
Co-Founder & Dancer

Annabelle

Hi, I'm Annabelle Sullivan! As a student-athlete and dedicated dancer, I have developed a strong commitment to supporting others both within and beyond my discipline. My experience in dance has deepened my understanding of the importance of maintaining a balance between mental and physical well-being, along with academic responsibilities. Through both personal challenges and observing friends navigate similar pressures, I came to realize that these struggles are widely shared and often unspoken. I am driven to contribute to a more supportive environment by promoting access to resources, and encouraging a healthier, more sustainable mindset for those facing similar experiences.
